301 Process Modeling Workshop (using Metastorm ProVision) - One Day

Metastorm’s Process Modeling Workshop is a one-day, interactive session that provides a practical, real world approach to creating great workflow models. Emphasis is on removing ambiguity, managing model size and identifying processes. The class uses student-supplied models and/or process materials in live, time boxed modeling sessions to address the most vexing modeling problems. Each student needs to provide electronic copies of non-sensitive process materials to the instructor prior to class. Class size is limited to eight students.

Metastorm ProVision is an enterprise modeling tool that captures and maintains the “who, what, when, where, why and how” of your business. This class focuses on the process workflow functionality of Metastorm ProVision.
