    The Process Analytics Using Discrete Event Simulation class provides first-hand experience understanding a business process using workflow model simulation techniques. This class follows and builds upon the concepts and techniques learned in 101 Business Process Modeling, which is a prerequisite. Simulation is taught utilizing the functions and features of Metastorm ProVision’s discrete event simulator.
